Our Mission

Total Athlete Performance Training is a community-based athletic development program that offers athlete training programs aimed at helping children and teens elevate their game through structured fitness training—completely free of charge. This program focuses on building strength, speed, agility, coordination, and overall athletic confidence in a fun, supportive, and safe environment.

Youth Training

Get ready to move, sweat, and have a blast! 

TAPT classes are designed to keep kids active, engaged, and improving every step of the way. Each session kicks off with a high-energy dynamic warmup to get the body loose. From there, we move into stations that build real skills and confidence. Kids race through the agility ladder, explode into box jumps, and hop into jump rope challenges. Balance and stability are put to the test all while developing strength, focus, and grit.

Every class is built around movement, teamwork, and encouragement in an environment where kids can push themselves and support each other.

Private Groups

Bring your team. Raise your game. 

TAPT group and team training sessions are built to push athletes together—creating energy and healthy competition. Programs are built to sharpen footwork, develop power, boost endurance, gain balance and body control, and build strength and a team mentality. With a mix of competition, encouragement, and high energy, athletes push each other to improve every rep. It’s not just training—it’s about building stronger teams, better chemistry, and players who show up ready to compete. Train together. Compete together. Win together.
